Shaftesbury Avenue launches EIS Section 21 Fundraise
British theatre and musical production company Shaftesbury Avenue Limited today launches a new Section 21 fundraising Information Memorandum under the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) to raise an initial £3.8 million by offering up to 10,857,142 million shares at 35p each via a private placing.
